Women's Retreat

Time
Check-in begins on Friday, September 10th at 4:00pm with dinner at 7pm. Our evening meeting will begin at 8pm. The retreat ends with our morning session on Sunday.

Accommodations
Includes 2 nights lodging, meals and linens.
$148 per person – 6 people per room
$185 per person – 2 people per room.

Cancellations
If we are able to replace your space from a waiting list, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to replace your space, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.

Transportation
You are responsible for your own transportation.

Childcare
Nursery care is available for nursing infants ONLY up to nine months old. Childcare will be provided during the teaching sessions ONLY. We ask that you plan to utilize the childcare provided in consideration of the speakers and the audience. Please be sure to note on the registration form that you are bringing your child. NOTE: There is a $25 additional charge per child. This fee applies whether you plan to use the childcare or not.

Registration is now available outside the gymnasium after Sunday morning services through August 22nd, and in the Pastoral Care office throughout the week (M-F, 9am-5pm) (no online registration available). Full payment for the retreat must be paid upon registration. Deposits will NOT be taken. All spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A late fee of $20 will be added on any registration received after August 22nd.
