What is a Festival of Life?

The Vision of the Festival of Life Coachella Valley:

The Festival of Life has a threefold purpose for being in the Coachella Valley: to gain the salvation of souls, to form unity among churches, and to equip the body of Christ for the work of the ministry.

Our vision therefore is to present the message of Jesus Christ to the entire Coachella Valley by utilizing dozens of venues and involving thousands of believers. With this approach we hope to permeate the entire valley and impact the lives of all who are there. By hosting large stadium events to smaller regional events, our heart is that everyone, whether homeless or affluent, hears the good news of Jesus Christ.

Building up to the Festival of Life:

The Festival of Life administrative team has been in the Valley preparing for the Festival for months. Throughout this time, local churches have caught the vision and are now working together in order to see a great harvest. Outreaches are taking place and will continue up until the main week of the Festival. Souls are being saved and we are experiencing the body of Christ being strengthened each day. God has opened many doors already and we are so excited to see what more He does. The Week of the Festival of Life:

The Festival of Life Coachella Valley will be taking place April 5th-April 11th, 2010. During the week we will be building up to the main outreach by hosting mini-festivals, medical clinics, and youth outreaches, as well as events for local law enforcement, medical personnel and city officials. We will work in conjunction with churches from all over the valley to reach most all of the area’s municipalities. The Festival will culminate at the end of the week with the main outreach, which will be held on the nights of April 9th, 10th & 11th.

Interested in Attending?

We would love to have you participate with us in ministering to the Coachella Valley. You are welcome to either bring a team of people from your church or come individually and be a member of the main Festival team.

Everyone will be staying at one central hotel. This is where teams will be dispatched throughout the week to minister at various events and outreaches. There are 2-night, 3-night, 5-night, and 7-night hotel packages from which to choose.  All packages include local ground transportation to various Festival events.
